Here’s a promotional video released by Audi for the debut of the new A4 Allroad wrote about earlier today. The video shows how robust the character of the Allroad is. Within the video the the Allroad does it…well, all. It does it’s best impression of a quattro-driven Paris-Dakar Rally offroader, shows its ability to be an luxury wagon, and then a great weekend car just to get away from the office with the family. Hopefully, the U.S. will get this model and see an Allroad model return stateside for the first time in 4 years.

Video: Audi Sportback - future A7

As we mentioned earlier, a new Audi concept has been unveiled in Detroit last month. The Audi Sportback is the latest gimmick from the Ingolstadt luxury automaker and it sets the base for the future Audi A7.

What we know so far is that the engine powering the Sportback Concept will be same one from the Audi Q7: a 3.0-liter TDI diesel with 225hp/406 lb-ft. Of course, quattro is part of the deal, along with the seven-speed S-Tronic dual clutch gear box.
